For each additional person over age 16, there will be an extra charge of Euro 4.50 per night.

All prices include:

Electricity and heating costs, bedclothes, one hand- and one shower towel, fully equipped kitchen (only some in Apt. Type E), use of the indoor pool and sauna, "Family Service" (cot, high chair, baby bathtub... free!), sports and recreational program. service charges, local and federal taxes, final cleaning.

Incidental Charges

Pets: Euro 9,00 per day, pet food not included.

Surcharge if guest specifically requests a ground-floor and/or sunny side apartment, Euro 3,10 per day and apartment.

Surcharge for reservation of a specific apartment: Euro 5,20 per day.

Covered Parking: Euro 3,00 per day, otherwise outdoor parking is available free of charge.

Coin-operated guest washer and dryer in the guest laundry.

Minimum stay during Season IV: 7 nights - Sunday arrival.
